Pacing and movement
- Reduce changes between transport modes and avoid carrying luggage while sightseeing.
- Use vehicles for cross-city transfers and shorten old-city walking when surfaces, crowds or heat are tiring.
- Plan footwear removal at religious sites and keep belongings manageable.
Crowds, food and flexible substitutions
- Visit important stops when the group is rested; leave if crowd exposure becomes uncomfortable.
- Keep meal timing predictable and do not build the day around a long food queue.
- Swap an optional outdoor stop for rest; avoid compensating later with a packed evening.
Access and return planning
Do not infer step-free access, seating, wheelchair availability or assistance. Contact the venue directly for the current entrance and facilities that matter to the traveller. Protect the return to a station, airport, bus or stay with more margin than a solo, luggage-free plan.
